Usually a failed evaporator fan, dirty condenser coils, low refrigerant, or a bad thermostat/control board. We can diagnose same day and quote on the spot.
There’s water on the floor or inside the fridge—could this be a simple blocked drain line or something more serious?
Most leaks are a clogged defrost drain or cracked water line. We clear drains and pressure-test lines during the visit.
